GWP Items
GWP stands for Gift With Purchase. In the luxury industry, it refers to complimentary promotional items — such as makeup bags, perfumes, or small accessories — given to customers when they reach a specific spending threshold.
VIP luxury items are exclusive, limited-edition products — like VIP tote bags, blankets, or luggage — gifted only to a brand's top-tier clients or given as VIP invitations to fashion shows and exhibits.
Importantly, both GWP and VIP items are strictly promotional and complimentary. They are not officially sold in luxury boutiques, nor do they come with authenticity cards, serial numbers, or standard dust bags. While they bear the luxury brand's logo, they are typically manufactured by third-party promotional contractors rather than the brand's primary artisans.
