All orders are carefully inspected, authenticated, and packaged before shipping. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days

All items are shipped in secure, discreet packaging to protect your luxury purchase. ShaLuxStyles is not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier's possession.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Each preloved piece is thoroughly authenticated and described in detail prior to listing, so we encourage you to review all photos, descriptions, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

We will, however, accept a return in the following circumstance:

• The item received is significantly not as described

To report an issue, contact us at support@shaluxstyles.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Gift with Purchase (GWP) and VIP items are offered as complimentary additions and hold no cash value. These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
